The guy can’t even read a general ordinance in it’s entirety or look at a picture with any sense or discretion. How he even got out of an attorneys office into a position in Sarasota county I do not know but, he’s an awful “appointed code enforcement magistrate”. He’s comfortable using his position to enforce things that aren’t in the code and threatening liens on your property for it. He’s also very uneducated and willingly accepts whatever lies are first presented to him to help facilitate the defaming other members of the community. He obviously struggles with internalized racism which, is why he doesn’t understand other languages or translations and is why he is comfortable making false claims surrounding racist remarks as his tool of defamation. He should be forced back into working as an attorney and see if he would still have a job but, I doubt he’d last since there are plenty of other people unimpressed with his services.
What do you call a person, who tells you they can help, then takes your money, and accomplishes nothing? Or a person who you have to chase to get a response. Or a person who ignores your emails and phone calls. Where you are forced to show up at his office unannounced to get any kind of response at all. Or provides no evidence at all of what they said they did. No forwarded proof to you in the form of correspondence, emails, phone logs, nothing but invoices to you, draining your retainer account? Or who out right lies to your face, about what they will do for you and doesn’t do it.
