The receptionist Bonnie was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up in my face 3 times as I was trying to ask questions.
This has been the most stressful,difficult and disappointing process . My grandmother house was foreclosed on 11/03/22 wrongfully. This law firm attorney Renee Kammer hasn’t provided any update other then stating on June 6,24 the file is under review for preparation of a civil action for the Court to disburse any excess funds. It’s month five and I haven’t received any update or documents in the mail regarding this matter that’s time sensitive. From the views of employees looks like the problem is they are over worked and under paid . So maybe that’s why me and my family have to continue to suffer and not get the correct help and support after a difficult time in our lives . It’s took me months just to get a email and response. The receptionist Ronnie gave me the runaround provided the wrong email address along with not transferring me to attorney kammer. So many unnecessary games have been played with this law firm. I had to email the marketing team just to get nothing done . I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with this law firm. Me and my family can’t properly move forward until we get what’s owed to us. I’ve been more than patient with this issues . It took no time to wrongful foreclosure on the property. Now that my family is owed surplus funds . They want to drag their feet on what’s owed to me and my family . Horrible
