My experience with this firm, is that they work with insurance companies instead of their own clients. My case has been stalled for over a year with no reason. I have asked over & over for status and/or asked for next step procedure with no reply. I have tried to hire a different law firm & I can’t because of the stage of the case & contract that was signed.
Tracy and David are professional, caring, and excellent attorneys. They have done an excellent job on the cases they have handled for me and I would recommend them!
I had a property line dispute with a neighbor and although I tried to be cooperative, he ended up suing me. Not a pleasent feeling to be served papers while you’re out cutting the lawn. Anyway, I called the Moyes and I met with David; he took a lot of time and explained everything to me so I could understand all my options. It took a lot of back and forth with the neighbor and his lawyer but it was resolved in my favor. Woo-hoo, good to get that off my back. I hope I never get sued again but if I am I’ll call the Moyes again. I highly recommend them.
