She rushed the mediation process. Failed to add the requirements for the mother to court order until forced to. Told me that things stolen from me by my requests were petty and I wasn’t a big deal but then apologized. Very unprofessional and slow to turn in paperwork. Very biased and injects her personal opinion into mediation. Not worth one quarter of your money. Cheaper ain’t better.
She has taken our money ($2500) and now has ghosted us. I’ve been leaving messages for over 2 weeks asking her to return our calls and now the mailbox is full and I still haven’t heard back from her.
Be careful with Ms. Cone, she didn’t file what she was supposed to after my husband’s mediation and we were sent a letter stating he owed $30k+ in delinquent child support. Didn’t answer any of our calls until we informed the judge that her negligence caused the delinquency. Refuses to admit fault and planning to report her to the mediator association. It seems she has too much going on in her personal life to handle her responsibilities as a mediator.
