I’m disheartened to give a 13:00-star rating due to my positive experience with attorney Stephanie Johnson during my childhood in Foster Care. However, as a parent seeking assistance, I’ve been assigned to Abigail, who neglected to contact me despite detailed voicemails with my name and number. Having applied for services in June/July, it’s now November with no update from Abigail. While acknowledging potential case load demands, neglecting client communication is unjustified. Consequently, I must seek pro-bono representation for my custody battle, which is unacceptable.
Alex and Heber in the Quincy office went above and beyond to assist me on a matter that they had never personally filed before. They made sure to research and get all the answers we needed and that all my paperwork was filed accurately for a smooth process and a positive outcome for my family.
