In a civil hearing today 4/16/24 at Pinellas County Courthouse. Counsel Wetzel, who I was unfamiliar with, called me a liar twice, having absorbed her client’s false allegations vs demonstrating some common sense, legal reasoning and objectivity, recognizing there are often 3 sides to a situation. I had 140 pages of objective evidence vs her client having an email and 40 years of distorted memories and misrepresentatiions. Counsel Wetzel’s client denied making false reports to St Lucie County Sheriffs Office, and St Lucie County and Pinellas County Department of Children and Families, although through public records requests I had the alleged SLCSO and DCF complaints, very indicative of client, and all three agencies reports-findings that the allegations were lacking merit. Counsel Wetzel should be more objective and informed before alleging one is a liar in a courtroom, slanderous and disingenuous behavior objectively substantiated by the court transcript.
