This was a long drawn out process but Anna was very helpful and listened and did everything she could to help contest my audit and get the amount I owed down to a reasonable balance. Anna and I talked many times on the phone about how to proceed, she was patient and walked me through the process all the way through. My case went all the way to tax court, but had a favorable outcome I was happy with. I would recommend her if you are having any issue with the IRS.
