As President of the OPCCOA I can say with confidence that Jay is an excellent attorney for our association and has been for years. He is always responsive to our needs and went above the call of duty in assisting us in developing our new bylaws document. I can only say to discount the negative comments from a disgruntled resident who wanted to do things differently and constantly presented false information on Facebook.
