Glantz Law needs to have better call center services. You can call repeatedly for a couple days, during their business hours, and no one answers the phone calls. It delays you getting your legal requests and matters resolved because no one is available to answer the phone. This law firm is recommended by Legal Shield, yet doesn’t have enough options for your legal matters because there are not enough attendants who can or who are willing to answer the phones.

Horrible experience, waste of time. What do you expect from a legal shield lawyer. Was hoping it wasn’t too bad as we just wanted an opinion, completely wasted our time then to add insult to injury tried to upcharge us after providing zero value and refer us off to another attorney. Refused to answer questions.
