I had a horrible experience with this company. I was losing my house and trying to get a modification and was promised after telling them all the facts that my father was a cosigner and I got three months behind and they won’t accept the payment now, after paying them almost $5000, I was told six months later that we cannot do a modification because my Father Didn’t live at the residence full-time. I tried to argue with them that I told them this they won. Why did they take all my money and let me lose my house after 13 years of owning it. They made me feel like I’m matter what they would come up with a solution, and that absolutely was not the case. I ended up losing my home and being homeless with my two children. And when I called there to speak with Scott, the man that talked me into going with the company, he was no longer working there and they didn’t want to talk with me. I swear they were involved with PHH mortgage and GMac mortgage co. My house sold for almost $300,000 when I bought it for 125,000 very sad and still not over it and still not in a home yet. Still homeless
My case was difficult. Bank did not honor relief offered during Covid and issued wrongful foreclosure.
Following a COVID-19 forbearance on a VA loan, my payment increased significantly on a trial modification.
