This office needs to be investigated for neglecting their duty to faithfully prosecute crime in this jurisdiction. Bowden practices have allowed a violent criminal to escape the full consequences of his criminal conduct, thereby endangering the innocent civilians of Escambia County. She not only let a man after 2 weeks out of jail for VOP his first DUI and then received his 2nd DUI with damage to 2 vehicles. The damage happened after he hit one and was trying to flee the parking lot and then he hit the other vehicle To get out on the main road.
