I do not recommend this law practice for custody or family law engagements. During my initial consultation, a fair straight forward conversation was had on payments and expected timeliness for a child custody change of jurisdiction and adjustment. It was expected to take no more than three months. It didn’t even get filed for three months after the initial consultation and full $5000 retainer payment had been completed. Since filing, the office has consistently failed to communicate or respond to messages via their client portal. Getting case updates is like pulling teeth and I have yet to recieve a realistic timeliness on when I can expect my case to be completed.
A joy to work with and they make everything easy. A welcomed feeling. I can not thank them enough for such a wonderful job done!
