Gentle has been our personal attorney for over 5 years and we have always had a pleasant experience. Whether it’s buying or selling property, his office will make sure everything is done RIGHT.
Avoid Attorney Gentle Bernett at all costs. He took our payment, notarized our documents, and never recorded the lien as he was supposed to. This has caused us serious financial issues. Total scam and highly unprofessional. Do not trust him with any legal matters
If I could leave ZERO starts I would. This attorney, stole my money and my wifes money, along with some other “investors” he works with. Acted as an escrow officer for 87,500 dollars, stamped my documents acted as the notary also, AS SOON AS HE COLLECTED MY money, then stopped answering my emails, and when he answers NO solutions to what appears like a scam. No liens were recorded against the properties I loaned money on. BE CAREFUL!!!! DO not do business with this “Lawyer”, office staff does not respond to emails either, no one answers the phone either.
