Mr. Pastor represented me for my filing of divorce in Feb.2015 finalized divorce Nov.2016. Comes off as a great guy. However, negligence on so many levels. Just to hard to prove to wast my energy on it. Just a poor choice on my part, BIG TIME! Save yourself!!!! Never did a title search on my quit claim deed to my home which I received as part of my settlement. Only to find out 4 years later when I went to sell my house there was a half a million dollar lien. My house was selling close to that amount!!! My former husband used my house as collateral for a business loan, I was unaware of, which was among the judgments against him that as well as two other loans. Because we wee married, I had to pay half of negotiated terms. NO ONE FOUND RECORDED MORTGAGE and bank never notified me EVER until the title search was done on my residence. My former never disclosed the recorded mortgage or did I have knowledge of it. It was not disclosed during our divorce, even the forensic accountant recommended by Mr. Pastor, at the cost of 15,000.00, for her alone! did not find this mortgage in the findings, trustees with Wells Fargo, as well as 2 bankruptcy attorneys, in 2012 and 2015. Former declared personal bankruptcy when I filed for divorce in 2015. Trusting my husband as he said it would clear my name from all his business loans. It did, for the loans however a mortgage was recorded and I owned the property. It would be my responsibility to pay the lien of 495,000. Mr. Pastor refused to help me twice!!! This issue and many times on other issues regarding collection of funds written in my MSA from my ex. He would email me sections of my MSA sections of my MSA. My former owed me monies from two large projects. Pastor never helped me to recover. He said your only recourse is to ask for tax return copies. Dates, for payment, time constraints etc. Never written in MSA. Did speak on phone said sorry, cannot help you collect the money due you. I should call my former and try to work it out or get copies of his tax returns. Yeah, Like they may be real or my ex would freely hand them over LOL. Additionally my brother and I had to practically feed him my MSA. He did not protect me to the best of his ability according to a magistrate, high power celebrity divorce attorney’s from other parts of the United States and FL. The lien monies , his response was I should have disclosed money during discovery. How would I declare it if I did not know about it. He likes your money and will show up to your court date for finalization. He is maybe good for a simple divorce but not when you are dealing with an” unconscionable scumbag” words used by mediator, after many mediations and depositions in which my former lied under oath. The only interest Mr. Pastor has is in himself. WOMAN STAY CLEAR HE WILL NOT PROTECT YOU. I had to hire another attorney to negotiate the lien down to 200,000 with Wells Fargo. As a result The profit of the sale of my home… my nest egg for retirement , I am 66 years old after 37 years of marriage gone. His negotiating alimony a joke!!! It has been many years since, and I have been holding back on reviewing however, this last incident was the straw that broke my silence. It has been a rocky, horrific, traumatic road because of his poor MSA and his dedication to this client. A very empowered intelligent accomplished woman. Andy such a disappointment. You have caused me so much mental anguish and so much money. I am sure you have no conscience or give a hoot as your actions have proven. I want to save so many other woman who are dealing with dirt bag husbands hiding money etc. to know you are not the one to be there for them or can handle the case.
