Quite unpleased with this firm. I called to obtain a consultation, which was scheduled for 03.21.2025. No time was provided to me, I was just informed an attorney would call me sometime that day. I waited for that call all day & by 3:20pm, I had not heard from anyone at this firm, so I called back to let them know. I was told by the receptionist, Tessa, I think, that she would text the attorney & have “her” call me right away. Cut to today, 03.26.2025 & still no phone consultation. I am in need of an attorney, solely to know my rights & to ask some questions. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for, considering this was to be a “free consultation”
