The absolute worst attorney’s they put no effort whatsoever into our case, I presented more than enough evidence. when you look at the opposing counsels argument (she fought for her client) Stanley Plappert and Daniel Raymer didn’t even fight for us, no effort put in the case, they would call us at the last minute to sign documents and we wouldn’t even have time to read them. So things were not presented to the court correct. no case law, Florida statues to argue our case, the opposing part had a fraudulent deed supposedly signed by our elderly bedridden Father with no witnesses or notary on the deed, there was no purchase agreement to buy the house. Our elderly father was in the middle of another fraud case in Indiana the person being sued was the witness of the person wewe were suing in the Florida case. Our father won the fraud summary judgment in Indiana. then when we got the first summary judge against us in Florida case (Daniel Raymer) just acted as if there was not hope, he didn’t know what to do. They left us to deal with the loss. . I am now having to appeal the judgment myself because we spent $5000. to hire the Florida advocacy attorney’s and then they had the nerve to ask for another $3000. I shouldn’t be having to represent myself and my brothers interest in this case, but we can’t afford to hire another attorney because of these attorney’s negligence and lack of caring for anything except getting their money. $8000.00 for nothing . Stay clear of these i attorney’s who shouldn’t be practicing any kind of law.
