It’s not always the best or easiest experience trying to find that one Attorney for that specific situation, especially the ones with the willingness to fight for their clients and who empathizes with them, but in this case I had the whole firm 🙂 nothing but amazing people, who sincerely loves, and enjoys what they do for those injured. Judi was always available ( call or email) she’s getting back to you and if not right away, you always had the opportunity to speak with Kathie or Katie, who were also always willing to help as much as possible once they were able too. Jim always was accessible once needed to be, which I found outstandingly amazing and professional seeing that this is one of those major issue also dealing with other firms. I never felt rushed or like my injuries or case was not important. He always made sure to follow up and kept me updated on everything. He fought for me, he was always prepared, paid attention to every detailed, and made sure that every angled was covered. The willingness and dedication Jim and his staff expressed for me and my situation, I know that this firm was the best choice made and I would highly recommend.
