Horrible, stay away from this guy. No communication and even though I have sent multiple emails and other attempts to get information has not responded. Failure to finalize my mother’s estate and it has been 5 years.
My mom had a trust and passed away Apri 23 2024. 10 months later he still hasn’t transferred the home so I called the office. Mr Waldron seemed not to know what was going on and asked me if I had done anything with the deed of trust. I told him no that I paid him to take care of everything. I put the home up for sale in May 24 and now have a offer and can’t proceed because of his failure to do the transfer. His Paralegal is rude and apparently incompetent since it appears she was the one that didn’t keep the process going and hadn’t given Mr Waldron the documents to file with the courts. Alot of excuses and for $6000 I expected more competence.
Very poor communication. The process is still on going years later . He did not do one thing he said he would do. Please save yourself the tears and do not use him.
