After my accident they were the best in ensuring I got the help required. When the main injury care doctor wasn’t listening or helping they found one in the area for me to see. They went above and beyond and that was helpful after all the pain I went through. I have a life long injury now but at least I had some help to deal with it during that time. I recommend them for sure.
Writing this under an alias as I am a victim of dv. Woman answering the phone stated I don’t have a case because I didn’t suffer grave irreversible injury, when asked if she was a paralegal or in a position to give legal advice she told me she’s a paralegal. I said I’d like to speak with a lawyer anyway she said they don’t do medical malpractice just refer to a lawyer in Orlando but as a “legal assistant” she can say confidently I don’t have a case, without even hearing half of what I had to say… very confused how this is even allowed. I didn’t want to write this review in a stressful time of looking for legal help but I’m hoping this could be looked into as I have a confirmed case of malpractice and don’t want others to think they don’t and not pursue because of poor irresponsibly given advice
