If I could give the Troum law firm more than 5 STARS I would (I’d give them 10 STARS). The team including (Mark and Julie) were empathetic to my specific situation, always made me aware of all options available to me and helped ease all of my apprehension of the unknown.
Terrible service. The “manager” hated that I needed multiple options for dates (I’m sorry I have to work and don’t have endless availability). As soon as I was able to pick a date and time where the lawyer and I were available, I booked it however due to an emergency, I asked to be rescheduled after I sort out the emergency. Reschedule, not cancel. You would’ve thought I insulted her. She then told me to use another attorney because of so much back and forth on the dates among other things. When you have more than 1 person with busy schedules, it comes with the territory that back and forth. Needless to say, I will not be using them for anything at all.
