If I could give more stars i would. Guy and his receptionist Melanie are the best. I had an accident in Indiana but since I lived in Florida it was difficult getting an attorney and all I got was a runaround. After research I found Mr. Dimartino’s law firm. Upon contacting him Melanie took all my info, and Mr. Dimartino called me back almost immediately. After our conversation it turned out he was licensed in both Florida and Indiana. And the journey started. He walked me through every this and got me a settlement that was larger then expected. I recommend Mr. Dimartino to anyone who need a lawyer. He is the best and as for Melanie you will not find someone better to speak to. Very helpful and she always answers the phone very friendly and they treat you like family. It don’t get better than that. So look no further and give his office a call you will not regret it

We contacted Mr. DiMartino on the recommendation of a fellow cyclist whose wife was hit on her cycle by an auto who failed to yield at a traffic signal. We live in Wisconsin, but winter in Orlando so we can cycle all year long. My wife was hit on her cycle by a red light runner while she was crossing the street on the Cross Seminole trail and suffered serious medical injuries requiring ten days of hospitalization followed by in-patient and out-patient PT. Because we were from out-of-state, the medical insurance issues were complicated and required intervention with the hospital and insurance companies. Mr. DiMartino did a great job in doing this, resulting in a reasonable settlement after more than two years of diligence. We would highly recommend his services to anyone in a similar situation.

I’m sure he might be a good lawyer if you can get ahold of him. Called 15 times over the span of 1 week and left a voicemail and never heard back.
