What a terrible experience or should I say no experience at all. I called her office June 14th and left a brief message for Mrs. Poncy. She very quickly call me back on the next Monday ( June 17th) and left me a very nice message and asked me to call her back to discuss my Wife’s situation. Since then I have called at least 1 time a week ( trying not to be a pest) to contact her office and never got a call back. I called today and finally got her assistant Dawn on the phone. She immediately stated that Mrs. Poncy called me and told me that they were not interested in my case. I never physically talked with Mrs. Poncy. So how could she even know if they would like to take the case? I really think it is very un professional to not return phone calls for a month and then have an assistant be very rude on the phone to you. Would never recommend this firm to anyone.
