Extremely disapponted. They made it so important that I get the paperwork to them a week before my appointment. I figured it was to give the attorney time to review it. Wrong assumption. She was 10 minutes late for the appointmtment and then went through every piece of paper while I sat there. Really?? Got no good advice about protecting my Mom’s assests.

Unfortunately, they are unable to provide any services other than simple rubber stamped documents. Mr. Jacobs commented that he just didn’t have the bandwidth for something like this right now. Apparently, they are greatly understaffed. I used this firm in the past for my mother’s estate but required immediate assistance with my father. Huge disappointment that they were unwilling to help. Also, it would have been nice if they would have called and cancelled the appointment vs wasting our time by coming to the office. He was prepared to say no before we even sat down as he already had a hand written list of referrals ready for us.
