Ryan did not represent me. I made a call to his office for guidance on my family law case and the phone conversation was very unpleasant. He was very short patient and uninterested in answering any of my questions and kept cutting me off. I understand a lawyer can’t accept every case, but a free consultation should be able to provide some sort of guidance in the right direction. Mr. Hamilton please work on your phone etiquette. Ryan has been my lawyer for my divorce process and I hired him to fight a very hard injunction on top of the divorce, every single time I call him he has answers his phone. He’s very honest and will tell you straight what he’s thoughts are. He’s been very compassionate and always on top of the game. I have no complains about him. I reached out to this attorney for help with my family case, where I’m fighting to keep my parental rights. Unfortunately, I found him to be incredibly rude, unsympathetic, and dismissive. Rather than listening to my story and understanding the progress I’ve made, including my sobriety and current stability, he made it clear that he doesn’t believe people can change. He flat out said my children would be better off with someone else because of mistakes I made in the past, completely disregarding my efforts to turn things around.
