Apparently, a guy I rent a house from has something in collections. I called them to let them know, and they give me all kinds of attitude. Not very helpful, the people that answer the phone are horrible on customer service and I was trying to help them out.
My mother has been moved to hospice and is about to pass away, unfortunately due to her condition her HOA payment went to collections, understanding this I have been attempting to pay this organization but they will not call me back. When I did call the front desk lady was nasty, rude and essentially said its not my problem and hung up me not trying to help. Fantastic way to deal with the death of a parent dealing with an organization like this.
