PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Ever since Elena moved to another state, she left in charge another attorney Mark Fornaris, and his assitant Maggie. They will take your money and will not do anything. They will give you all the good things, and make you feel like you will soon have results. Maggie is the worse unprofessional person, she never returns phone calls, she gives you false statements, even will tell you that you have a meeting soon, and then they cancelled for some reason. I made payment, and they did nothing, nothing. They took money and abandone the case. I am working in reporting him as fraud, scam. please be aware of these people. They are using Elena good name to do bad business. 🙁
