. Avoid this firm. Completely unprofessional. They took my money and then disappeared—no returned phone calls or emails. They rely on answering services, so it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone directly, and messages don’t get passed along. They left off a name and address in our court documents, which led to a letter from the judge and a rescheduled court date. They even no-showed scheduled conference calls. Disorganized and unreliable—and then they tried to charge me for their own mistakes.
After thousands of dollars spent to these people I only had gotten done things I didn’t want or need and nothing that I needed or wanted . Only to follow was another bill from them . I would not recommend Zoecklein law to anyone at least the Brandon office . Definitely the worst experience I could have had when going through a bad and heartbreaking time in my life !!
Chris at reception was outstanding! He was polite, efficient, and made scheduling and communication a breeze. He helped keep everything on track and was always pleasant to speak with. It’s clear the team at Zoecklein Law values professionalism at every level.
