I submitted an online consultation request and received a phone call from Pat, I believe was her name, to get more information. I couldn’t even explain exactly what I was concerned about and needing before she just assumed and made me feel more defeated about the situation. I was told that the law firm wouldn’t be able to help me, which rather or not that is true, the delivery of such statement was rude. During a stressful time, it would be considerate to show some kind of empathy. Luckily, I was able to get a consultation with another attorney who provided me with possible outcomes and solutions.
