Several years ago I hired attorney Jonathan De Armas. I am from Massachusetts and owned a Condo in Fort Lauderdale FL. My condo experienced some water damage and mold issues. I thought my insurance company would pay to have my property repaired. What a shocker!! Not only did the insurance company refuse to pay. They actually accused me of trying to fix the water leak several years prior to insurance claim. I contacted insurance adjuster to help me. The insurance adjuster was in over his head with the insurance company.
