Save yourself the frustration and avoid this law firm at all costs. My experience with Kevin Gardner was a complete disaster from start to finish. I hired him for a critical family law case, only to find out he was utterly ineffective and completely unprepared to handle even the most basic aspects of representation. From the very beginning, it was painfully obvious that he was more interested in keeping things friendly with opposing counsel than in fighting for my rights. His spinelessness and eagerness to concede to the other side’s ridiculous demands demonstrated a severe lack of confidence, assertiveness, and competence.
