We used Taylor Trapp-Nicholl to prepare an amended version of our Trust document and associated POAs and AHCDs to reflect our change of address to Delaware. She spent a lot of time with us reviewing our particular situation and creating very thorough and understandable documents. She then sat down with us again, explaining in detail what it meant to select each option in our POAs and AHCDs, and offered any advice we requested. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her – we never felt rushed or “lawyered”, as she always made sure we completely understood the ramifications of each decision we made within the documents.
