Run, don’t walk from this law firm! In my 36 years of mortgage lending, I have never witnessed such poor customer service. In fact, the service was so deplorable this is the first negative review I have ever written. Emily Bickel who works in the Dover office was and continues to be mean, lazy and totally unprofessional! As a business owner, I can only say that I would not want someone with this negative type of demeanor representing my company! It took nearly 3 weeks to get a Pre-CD which delayed our closing. Then the closer who had access to our closing pkg 4 days prior to settlement, didn’t bother to look at it until minutes before closing? The poor clients who chose this law firm who are equally upset by their lack of customer service were left sitting at the table for far longer than needed due to their lack of preparation.
