This man was supposed to defend my son in a very serious matter. He collaborated with the prosecution ( as he was one for 20 yrs) and did not lift one finger to even TRY to defend my son. He refused to call the one eye witness, who could help my son, to the stand. He refused to request the recording of the 911 call that stated, on recording, that my son “was hit and he did nothing wrong.” Per NHTSA, my son, who advised DSP that he has frontal lobe brain tumor, should not have been subjected to a field sobriety test, however, he was. Motoyoshi screamed at me “Dont tell me how to do my job!” When I asked why he didn’t file motion to quash. When my son asked him a question, this person screamed at him, “sit down and shut the f*ck up!” My son attempted suicide and was found guilty in absentia because of the way this man treated him. This man participated in the RAILROADING of an innocent person who suffers from the symptoms of a frontal lobe brain tumor. Please do not waste your money here…give it to someone else…I would not hire this person to take my trash to the curb. INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL at the LEAST. What goes around comes around…karma baby, karma…
