Took my money never called me back never emailed me back. His office is a joke the lady takes vm and he’s never in to take or make calls.
Attny Jim Loughlin contacted me through a letter. It took several calls and then a letter dropped at his office to finally get a response. He would not call me to speak on the phone about the legal issue in question even though I called and left messages several times; the only communication was through mail which is extremely slow. In the end, when his office didn’t think the matter was getting addressed quick enough (as I was awaiting a phone call back), I was sent an extraordinarily large bill to coerce me into “fixing” the legal issue quickly so he could not bill me any more hours. If he had just returned my call to answer my questions, he wouldn’t have had to go through the documents that apparently took him hours to copy from town hall, and then write up a ridiculous bill. This bill was never paid once the legal issue was fixed because Attny Loughlin knew it was bogus. It’s as if he used it as a threat.
If you are looking for someone to steal the entire life savings of a WW2 Active Combat Veteran, this is your guy. Will take everything and never return your phone calls.
