Initially during our phone call I found him to be rude. When we met in person he became even more abrasive. He was dismissive of questions and condescending with his answers. Despite being his customers he treated us a his adversaries. He was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. I would never use his services again.
I reached out to the Law firm because of all the great reviews. However, the Real estate lawyer was very disrespectful and unprofessional when conducting business. He takes long to return client calls and when asked questions provides a very sarcastic response and hangs up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this firm if they were the last business left on the earth to work with. Customer service is everything in a business regardless of how long the business has been operating. When a business stops caring about their quality of service, they can easily stop being productive, stop receiving new clients and lose current clients.
