I am a disabled veteran. Hard for me to explain stuff. He had called me out of the blue when I was at a appointment for my broken ankle so I was off on trying to explain exactly what is going on where I’m living at. Instead of call me back and never did so I called and talked to a secretary. Let her know that I have a brain injury. It is hard for me to explain stuff and there’s a lot more going on where I’m living. Then I got a chance to explain so he just called me back and you can tell by the attitude and somebody’s voice and they really don’t want to hear what you have to say and that’s what his attitude was.
