I would highly recommend using this firm.I am having problems with a pain management firm and i needed advice, so i stopped in early one morning on the way back from another doctors appointment.They were just opening up. The woman that greeted me was Barbara, I introduced myself and no one else was in yet. It was early.The dog also pleasantly greeted me.I told her i need advice , she sat down with me in the waiting room and listened. Actually listened to my problem. She took my information and gave me some good advice on starting points of what i should do. She said that she wasn’t sure if i had a legal case but would pass the info on to see if they can help. I just received an email back from her giving me info and links on where to file my grievances and complaints with the necessary departments .As well as to keep her informed on my status. Although they can’t help me at this moment I appreciate the fact that she dropped what she was doing and sat down and listened. Just that helped. I’ll always remember that, it doesn’t happen anymore. If my situation changes I will use this firm hands down 100%.
