All and all was very informative. Friendly staff. We had made appointment to obtain information about trusts for home. We were clearly explained the difference of types of trusts. However, in reading the pre agreement of strategic planning, I was led to believe that wills, health care POA’s, living wills were all add on’s if we chose to have them, but we were told it would be $5500 and it would include it all. I commented that I didn’t need it all and was asked why wouldn’t I want it. I do have a Will, granted it’s 20 years old, but nothing has changed except my kids are older and don’t need guardians. I was only interested in a trust for my home.
I can’t explain how much attorney Beckett and staff helped me. I was so nervous and scared thru this ordeal. Attorney Beckett was so kind and professional. If you need a bankruptcy attorney she is the one.
