I decided to go to attorney Tom Ganiam for my lawyer to represent me for my lawsuit and his paralegal Jackie supposedly who was working on my case i felt like I did most of the work and staying on top of it since my accident I’ve became homeless and lost my job in September after 2 years working there I’ve been waiting on my lawsuit money I should of been sent out so that i could receive it I have children and i have no money for Christmas to get them anything or to get an apartment that i finally found i don’t have the money to give the people so i can take the apartment i was promised by Jackie his paralegal who said ill work hard on it to make sure you have your money before Christmas if i knew this i would found another place to represent me who cares about family and is about family more than them taking there portion of the money i feel as if there hearts are misplaced included around the holidays I was counting on the money because I was desperately struggling and i have nothing so while they have a nice Christmas with there families my children won’t have one or anything under the tree and as a mother it makes my heart break inside.
