It’s freaking 2025 and they don’t want to pay for a E-billing service to make it easier for their clients so you have to mail your payment and if your payment is even a day behind in the mail, you get hit with a $100 fee. The only way to talk to them is by leaving a voice mail and waiting for a call back unless you have a direct extension too. They don’t reach out, they don’t ask questions, all this firm cares about is collecting a check.
