I was getting ready to retire when a friend referred me to Wambolt @ Associates, specifically Cindy Alvarez there. I was not happy with services provided by the department I worked for for 27 years, lack of retirement growth, vague answers, not responsive to inquiries. So glad I contacted W&A. What a difference. Listened to my questions, goals, could I retire and if so what would be monthly income; provided me with a list she wanted me to get together with regards to all my finances, pull social security reports,,,,. After providing this to her and her associates, set up a 2 plus hour time slot for me to come in and look at presentation of my portfolio and options. WOW! Was presented well in layman’s terms, never felt patronized or that I couldn’t ask a question if I didn’t understand. Huge screen with my portfolio and outline, description, charts, how monies invested and how made. Yes, I could retire and this is what retirement would look like. Is clearly a business, I’ve work with several of the associates and assistants. When I was ready to purchase a new home, different state, got hold of them immediately and asked, could I do this, had an answer within the hour and what or how would affect my monthly living expenditures.
