After being thrown off the bench as a judge, he should be disbarred as well. James Kimmel has consistently failed to do his due diligence as a family attorney, failing to file probate, acting illegally, and giving bad legal advice that has cost tens of thousands of dollars to undo. My family was unfortunate enough to have used him on a number of issues and every single one has been reviewed by other attorneys and crumbled. He is willing to have elderly incompetent people sign documents to the benefit of their power of attorney holder (illegal!!) and then cover it up. There is a reason this joker was thrown off the bench, read the case against him, it basically said he didn’t know what he was doing. How this crooked SOB has not been disbarred by now I will never understand.
