If I could rate -5 I would. The business manager was incredibly impersonal. Relayed nothing but personal exhaustion and emotions and I had to maintain my emotions to inform him of how he should’ve responded when I called seeking advice and guidance. I was looking for help regarding a family and civil situation and I’m sure the actual attorneys of said business might be of great assistance but instead of caring to help connect me to that he made me feel as though he had no understanding of what type of law his attorneys practice and or what their scope of practice is. He was clear in saying he’s working late. I ended up wishing him success and hanging up, I don’t write reviews but I am a human looking for help and this was my first call to someone where I was vulnerable and he managed none of the business. I am reviewing only because as a business owner myself if my manger had handled my business in this manner I would remove him because he lost business and did not provide any information. I hope this review is helpful and not anything other than disappointment because the world is incredibly lacking on work ethic.

I had used this firm for over 3 years and took so much money with little success for my kids. Charged me 4 times for something they never did or followed through. Lack of confidence and guidance with dealing in a high conflict court case. Never listen to me on what I needed. To many turnover causes many things to fall through the cracks. Never got back to me in a timely manner, but when it come to money they had no problem, that area was very unprofessional at many times. Very dishonest, said one thing and did the complete opposite.
