Way overpriced… I retained Higgins & Associates for a mediation and paid them $10,000 as a retainer. The case was small and just required an inspection of a house and the review of some documents. I am only getting $4,000 back… They charged me $6,000~ to do an inspection and review 2 engineering documents and get on a 20 minute phone call during the mediation.
