If you have the extra money to throw around he’s a great choice. The DA in my case was not prepared, couldn’t contact the victim, and the same day the judge threw out my case due to no contact with the victim and the courts. Was the same day I asked him to do the same thing. Ask for dismissal, not ask for it to be continued on our behalf. And I can truthfully say Mr swink was not there to help me. And the disappointment in his voice when it got thrown out moments before he was going g to get another $1250 payment from me. Is the only reason I’m writing this. Thank you montrose.
Michael Swink was great..hecwas always on time..always called me a day ahead of time and he worked with me on the payment!..He not only was a great kind..very friendly..but he was also very professional. And I was facing 16 years and he got my felony dismissed and got me into the rehabilitation program I desperately needed..Don’t think twice. Hire this man! I highly recommend Michael Swink.
