THE WORST experience I’ve had dealing with someone on the phone. And I have to deal with Xfinity Customer Service. THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE MATTERS OF LAW, were ridiculous.
Jennifer Gormley never appeared the day I prepared my living will. I got the original in another womans name! Wonder if the ” other woman” I won’t say her name, has my name on or within her will? The Gormley Law firm sent me a letter to update changes. So I followed those instructions. I was told maybe they would. hmm maybe? Further more they did not ask what “update” I was calling about.
Very unprofessional, one of their clients referred Susan to us. We called the office requesting help with a document. Susan laughed at us for asking a “dumb question” before she hung up the phone.
