Called on the 27th and made an appointment for July 15th. I had talked with Jennifer previously. The receptionist screwed up and never confirmed. I wasn’t aware I should have received a confirmation. When I called in for my appointment the same receptionist told me Jennifer was no longer taking clients. Her customer service was sarcastic and unhelpful. The frustration of waiting 3 weeks for an appointment and then being told you didn’t make it during an incredible stressful time in your life was clearly not of her concern. So although I think Jennifer herself is probably very good I wasn’t give them opportunity to engage her due to her staff mistakes.
Jen and Sarah were amazing throughout every step of the process of my most recent divorce case. Every step of the way they looked for ways to reduce costs and find the quickest way to resolution. Jen was diligent, responsive and well prepared. She understood my case, I felt heard and she got the outcome I wanted in the quickest way possible. I highly recommend Jen Feingold and her team to anyone looking for a true partner in their representation.
This is a long overdue review for Lorna and her team as I utilized Lorna’s services several years ago. After being persuaded by a friend to try another law firm last year I now have another family law experience by which to compare. Lorna is sharp, professional and her rates are reasonable. I would highly recommend her and would use her again.
