Brown, Dunning, Walker, Fein, Drusch display as the registered agents on Public Records of negligent property owners in our community. Their client sits and holds these properties and waits out the last homeowners to they can create an ‘assemblage’ to multiply their profits. So that they can maximize their profit from this area, our community continues to pay the price – these weeds are 10 feet high, easily. They completely COVER our sidewalks. This is across the street from a preschool and adjacent to major transit hub and K-12 school. It’s been YEARS of neglect while they protect only their profits. We can see their home adjacent to a golf course and green space, meticulously maintained… but where is the minimum upkeep just a few miles away where it’s OUR community? There are small single family bungalows that have to face this on BOTH SIDES of their home, while this client continues to ruin our space around them. SHAME ON YOU – We hope that you are able to better manage your client and communicate the enforcements due to them, Brown, Dunning, Walker, Fein, Drusch PC!!!
