They were typically pretty patient with me and pleasant to correspond with. They also made sure there were no surprises and were very thorough. The only problem I had was that even though they talked to me 98% of the time and I was the one initiating and listing myself as primary on all of the paperwork, they still listed my husband first on everything and always addressed him first.
