Homophobic, biased and prejudiced against lesbian arrested at her church when she wanted to donate flowers on her finance’s birthday as she had previously done under the spiritual direction of Bruce McNab, Rector of Christ Episcopal Church. The new Rector, from London, Jonathan Brice refused the flower donation, denied LGBT weddings in the sanctuary, the rental of the fellowship hall to a member of 12 years and called the police alleging that to do so was “against the law!” He exercised British Law in an American Church. Patrick Gentzler refused to enter this evidence in court. I was accused of harassment due to incompetent counsel by my court appointed attorney, Patrick Gentzler. He was afraid to enter the sexual orientation discrimination in violation of CRS 18-9-121 into evidence before Judge Paul Metzger in Garfield County Court. the case is appalled to the Federal District Court in Denver for lack of jurisdiction of secular courts to rule in ecclesiastical church disputes.
